RETURNS

If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement.

REFUNDS

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Customer doesn't pick up their package at the local post office. We offer 100% working tracking numbers on our deliveries. However doing international deliveries most of the time, we don't have the ability to contact and get information from local post offices around the world. Customer is entitled to track his own package and contact local post office to redeem his own parcel. If the package returns back due to the lack of diligence from the customer, we will not be able to grant a refund, due to high costs of shipments and customs taxes.
  • If the tracking link confirms the delivery, we will not be able to grant a refund to the customer for a missing parcel.
  • We don't offer refunds for damaged products; we offer a new substitution instead. For a new substitution customers have 24 hours  from when package is received to contact us. After that, we will not grant a new substitution.
  • If the package doesn't arrive within 45 days, we offer a refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Cancellations are not being considered valid after 8 hours since the purchase has been made.

If you want cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped (in any case within 8 hours from purchase), you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies. You can ask for the procedure of return to our customer care once you receive your package, so we can refund your order.

Write to our customer care. Otherwise our warehouse will ship out the product, and it will be impossible for us to refund you.

Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN ADDRESS

Please contact our customer service through the "Contact Us" form to receive instructions and return address.

***DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple; it will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the office where we process returns. ***

Any products sent back without our prior approval will not be refunded.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Invalid Reasons:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example, which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at DEALROYALE. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer find items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be SERIOUS when he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. 

The customer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal within the maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the product. The communication of the will to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to http://www.dealroyale.com/, within the maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the product, by contacting the customer service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

TERMS FOR CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION

It's customer's responsibility to carefully provide the correct information on first try to avoid any inconveniences in the future.
By placing an order, you agree that in case your shipping information needs an update or you wish to cancel your order, you have a right to do so in the first 8 hours after placing an order. If 8 hours have passed, and our team has sent your order into fulfillment facility, any new change requests will not be fulfilled. When the order is in "in process", no refunds will be made on the basis of wrong shipping information.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email through our "Contact us" form.
